Wisconsin State Pheasants Forever Banquet

January 25, 2010 by Jeff Fuller

Our family had a great time at the state banquet this weekend. The seminar was successful with great questions and info provided to atendees. We covered a lot of topics ranging from how to find a reputable Labrador Retriever Breeder to Picking a Labrador retriever puppy from a litter. The ideas behind both topics are easily applicable to other breeds as well.

We then embarked on training techniques that took you from a pup to a started gundog. Our labrador retriever stud Rommel did great as our stand in for training techniques.

We covered a lot in a short time. If you were in attendance and have questions shoot me an email and Ill try to answer them for you. I really did enjoy the opportunity to share my knowledge and provide advice to all!

The banquet was a blast as well. Robyn and I met a bunch of fun people and ended up spending some money during the auctions. I hope everyone got a great laugh at my wife bidding higher on the Canada fishing trip we bought….even when we were already high bid!

Thanks again to Kevin Wallenfang and the Pheasants Forever Organization in the State of WI.
